Terms and Conditions
Moneyfacts Group plc, Moneyfacts House, 66-70 Thorpe Road, Norwich, NR1 1BJ.
These terms and conditions relate to the use of Leadbay Vouchers offered as an incentive to registered users of eMoneyfacts undertaking eligible personal loan business through the eMoneyfacts website.
Eligibility
Moneyfacts will provide a Leadbay Voucher to the value of £20 for each personal loan application that completes through its partner Gateway2Finance, where the application is for a loan of £10,000 and the loan completes by 31 December 2009.
An Eligible Adviser is one who has sold eligible business as above and who is therefore due to receive a Leadbay Voucher or Vouchers.
Provision of the Service
Vouchers take the form of an electronic voucher code supplied by Leadbay Limited, via their online lead auction site.
Within 2 weeks of receiving its commission from Gateway2Finance, eMoneyfacts will supply details of Eligible Advisers to Leadbay along with sufficient funds to meet the cost of all Vouchers due.
Within 10 business days of the end of the previous calendar month Moneyfacts shall contact the Eligible Adviser with instructions as to how to redeem the Vouchers.
In order to redeem the Leadbay Voucher(s), advisers must first open an authorised online account with Leadbay at Leadbay Registration. Advisers will then be subject to Leadbay’s terms for the use of their website. Once an account has been opened, Leadbay will contact the Eligible Adviser with details of the Vouchers.
Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months of the day they were created on the Leadbay Account and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Termination of Relationship with eMoneyfacts
Where an Eligible Adviser ceases its registration with eMoneyfacts for whatever reason, the Eligible Adviser will be due any Vouchers that it was eligible for prior to the termination of the relationship.
